Reach out to us with your inquiry, and share as many details as possible: Who is the client? How do they like to travel? What are their special interests? Dates and budget? Give us as much information as you have, so we can get started. Upon receiving your request, we will match you with one of our experience designers, who will be your dedicated MTJ liaison. They may be in touch with more questions to help round-out our understanding.
Taking all the information available, we begin curating an experience that matches the traveler profile. Even for more classic departures, we do our best to weave in a special activity that adds value to the journey. Ultimately, our goal is to design a thoughtful plan that matches the client, from tours to hotels and everything in between.
We work with you as you work with your client to review and refine details of the itinerary, so weāre all confident moving ahead. From there, we liaise with suppliers to book various elements of the trip.
If there are additional sites, stops or excursions your client wants to add to the final itinerary, or any special add-ons to coordinate, now is the time to make those adjustments.

Black car service is available to high-budget clients, and we have coaches for big groups if needed. A wealth of options are available to us through our partners on the ground, so these details can be arranged as we gather the information we need to craft your experience.
We work with both licensed and unlicensed guides. Any guide who work with MTJ are vetted by our team to ensure they meet our high service standards. We are careful to pair the right guide with each client, as we know how important a good match is to setting the tone for the overall experience.
